An ideal solution for our spine problems (e.g.: back- and lower-back pain, poor posture etc.) is preventive spinal exercise. These classes are primally designed for healthy individuals as a preventive measure. It has two vital parts: exercising and moving the lumbar facet joints and strengthening and stretching the muscles involved in spine movement.

This class not only trains the spine, but also shapes the body thanks to the specific exercises which include other problematic areas of the body as well. Thanks to the lounge music playing there is also a gentle relaxing effect.
